He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hilburn Phillips of McComb; his children, Melessa Petty (Tim) of McComb and Daniel Phillips (Malissa) of Henderson, NV.; his stepdaughters, Annette McMillan (Ronald) of Gillsburg and Molly Foster (Mike) of Gillsburg; his siblings, Chris Phillips (Ann) of Mesa, CO., Lessa Phillips of Ridgeland, MS., Sandra McKenna of Carrickfergus and Ireland; his grandchildren, Sarah, Daniel, Courtney, Michael, Kelly, Molly, Austin, Robert, Jewel, Biddy, Dillon and Cody; and his friends, Alan Easley, Robert Easley and Debbie Easley.
