He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Gail Smith Hall; his children, James Hall (Tena), Tricia Ann McElveen (Ray) and Judy Larisa Sheets; his brother John J. Hall III (Nancy); and his brothers-in-law, Michael D. Smith and Kim Lee Smith. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew; and numerous cousins.
