It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Wendell Hux (McComb, Mississippi), who passed away on May 4, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Edward and Alma Lang Hux; his son Joe Wendell Hux Jr.; and his siblings, Frances Woodall, Nelda Sullivan, Lloyd Hux and Glen "Ernie" Hux.
He is survived by: his spouse Sherrye Nimom Hux; his daughter Rebecca L. Alford (Reed); his grandchildren, Ashley, Asia, Breland, Caitlin, Kole, Kennedy, Evan and Eli; his great grandchildren, Lillie and Leighton; his mother-in-law Joan Nimon; and his nephew Mark Woodall (Angela). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located on Hwy 24 in McComb, MS.
