She was predeceased by: her parents, Van C. McCullough and Lucille Edwards McCullough; her husband Maurice H. Wells; her siblings, Idell Anglin, Ernest McCullough and Charles McCullough; and her granddaughter Lacey Radford.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Maurice Wells; her daughter-in-law Julie; her daughters, Shirley Lynne Coley, Herman Wells and Cara Eileen Wells; her siblings, Elaine Bacot, Mary Gill, Margie Hutson, Vivian Herring, Dorothy "Judy" Boyd, Van D. McCullough, Dub McCullough, David McCullough and Michael McCullough; her grandchildren, Skeeter Felder, Buddy Felder (Deborah), Justin Felder, Kelsey Lambert (Matt), Kevin Coley and Lana Coley; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Felder, Darah Felder, Starr Felder, Brenna Felder and Noah Dermedy.
