It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lona Hodges Lindsey (McComb, Mississippi), who passed away on March 17, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby G. Lindsey; her daughter Peggy Ann Lindsey; and her siblings, Kathryn L. Carter, Clara Jones, Madelon Randal and Hubert Hodges.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Lindsey (Darlene) of McComb and Paul Lindsey (Raye) of Plant City, FL; and her grandchildren, Donna Yawn (Bobby) of McComb, Chad Lindsey of Bay Springs, MS, Brett Lindsey of Tampa, FL and Dionne Wise (Clint) of Frost Proof, FL. She is also survived by great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
