She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie T. and Mamie Roberts Williams; her husband William A. Woodall Sr.; her siblings, Harold Lloyd Williams Sr., Delos Williams and Audrey Elaine Barkdull; her grandson Steven Woodall; and her great great grandchild Bryan Dylynn Mead.
She is survived by: her children, William "Billy" Woodall (Sonya) of Tylertown and Avis King (Robert) of McComb; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Williams of Magnolia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
