He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Mary Prudence Chisholm Hart; his wife Allie Mae Chisholm Hart; and his siblings, Jessie Hart and Lillie Lee Dickerson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mildred H. Summerall of Liberty and Ida R. Stout of Summit. He is also survived by two step-children with numerous nieces and nephews.
