He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee H. Forrest and Ola Freeman Forrest; and his siblings, Curtis Forrest, Ellis B. Forrest, Marvin Forrest and Lois Szymanski.
He is survived by: his sons, Robbie Forrest, Joy Forrest, Randy Forrest, Eric Forrest and Jennifer Forrest; his brother Billy Joe Forrest; his brother-in-law Levell Burrough; and his grandchildren, Josh, Mark, Brianna, Cole and Shawn. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
