He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom B. Case Sr. and Nettie Mae Case; his siblings, Edna Mae Case and Wilburn Case; his sons, Tom "Butch" Case III and Claude Michael Case; his grandson Tyler Mansfield; and his half-siblings, John, Lucy and Fannie.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Case (Michelle), Kenneth Wayne Case (Anna), Lisa Fryoux (Gus), Judith Kliebert (Randy), Deborah Mansfield (Lonnie), Carolyn Faucheaux (Boze), Brenda Scioneaux (Duke), Gary Harris (Sunny) and Wanda McElhaney (Fred); his close friend Peggy McBride; and his siblings, Nettie, Faye, Mary and Jim. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
