He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Quin Culotta; his brothers, Bobby Culotta and Joseph "JoJo" Culotta; and his niece Ivanora Culotta. He is survived by: his daughters, Felicia Carol Culotta and Vicki Jo Culotta; his granddaughter Chloe Quin Culotta; his nephew Robert "Jimmy" Culotta of McComb; and his niece Elizabeth Culotta Terrell of Arkansas.
