With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sadie Orilla Joseph of Meadville, Mississippi, who passed away on November 3, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Myrtis Baker Day and Grover Cleveland Day; her husband Robert Shelton Joseph, Sr.; her daughters, Judy Diane Joseph and Lisa Wanette Joseph Wilson; and her siblings, Harold Day Sr., Inez Day Johnson, Morris Day Sr., Eula May Day, Susie B Day, James Malcolm Day, Richard Lee Day and Dora Jean Day.

She is survived by : her sister Edna Young Day Durham (Earlie); her children, Deborah Sue Joseph Sullivan (Steve), Robert Shelton Joseph, Jr. and Tommy Steven Joseph (Andrea); her grandchildren, Stephenie Lyn Sullivan, Christopher Thomas Sullivan (Stephanie), Sarah Lindsey Sullivan Stebbins (Elliott), Steven Ashton Joseph (Brittany), Stacy Brooke Joseph Reeves (Joel), Craig Thomas Joseph (Mary Francis) and Ashley Barrett Joseph; her great grandchildren, Callie Rivers Sullivan, Emma Claire Stebbins, Thomas Kent Sullivan, Henry Elijah Stebbins, Mayer Elizabeth Reeves, Tanner Thomas Joseph, Graham Ashley Reeves, Andrew Stedman Joseph and Elizabeth Kate Joseph; and her caregivers, Dody Huff and Amy Jones.
