He is survived by: his mother Willie Wilborn Smith; his former wife Tiffany Valdez; his children, Tyler Valdez (Makayla), Santiago Valdez and Brittany Pittman; his siblings, David Valdez (Tobie), Jorge Valdez, Maria Martinez and Maria Perez; his grandchild Aubrie Brady; his nephews, Eli and Jonah; and his pet Snoop.

The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, any donations be made toward funeral expenses.
