He was predeceased by: his wife Sara Bounds Cullum; and his parents, Ebb Cullum and Ouida Cullum. He is survived by: his daughters, Janie Pennebaker (Sam), Janice Moore (Tim) and Joyce Rivers (Bruce); his grandsons, Matt Singley (Alisha), David Pennebaker (Tara), Ross Moore (Candace), Bryan Rivers and Brent Rivers (Ashley); and his brother Donald Lee Cullum. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family ask memorial donations to be made to Alzheimer's Association, in honor of Mr. Curtis.
