She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Adcock and Ruth Adcock; and her sisters, Kathy Ruth Adcock and Tammy Adcock Call. She is survived by: her son Jeremy Adcock (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Addyson Adcock, Adrianna Stephens and Arabella Stephens; her niece Brittany Rushing (Rush); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ivy Katherine, River and Caleb Rushing; and her cousins, Dale Williams, Deborah Williams Alterman and Barry Smith. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
