She was loved and cherished by many people including : her mother Ellen Mae Page; her children, Richard and Rebecca; her former life partner Billy Don Baker; her husband Henry Risher of Pulaski; her children, Ricky and Becky; her stepchildren, Amanda and JJ (Angela); her grandchildren, Madison Bentley (Tommy) and Annie; her great grandchild Joyanna; and her pet Rocky.

Due to the Covid virus a graveside service will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday November 18, 2020 at Morton City Cemetery in Morton, MS.

Mrs. Billie Faye Baker Risher (nee Page) age 73 and a resident of Morton, MS died on Tuesday November 17, 2020 after a battling a long battle with Alzheimer's disease at her home surrounded by her family.
