She was predeceased by : her husband William Yancy Carter III; her stepson Gibson Lee Carter; and her parents, Tom Hall and Toi Nettie Hall. She is survived by : her sons, Yancey Carter of Moselle, Jeffery Carter of Moselle and Craig Carter of Moselle; and her grandchildren, Heather, Toi Jean, Katie Frances, Will, Jr., Renee, Gladys, Jeff Jr., Becky, Emma, Geja and Mark. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
