It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Anthony Balcer Jr. (Moss Point, Mississippi), born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on May 14, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Sidney Daugherty (Jewell) and Bessie Balcer (Frank). He is survived by : his stepfather Frank Anthony Balcer, Sr.; his wife Lavern Balcer; his sons, Frank Balcer (Cheryl), Paul Balcer (Claire) and D. Lee Balcer (Karen); his grandchildren, Sidney Balcer, Hunter Tallent, Justin Wells, Matthew Balcer, Ann Marie Ferrer (Jacob), Jeffrey Balcer and Christian Balcer; and his sister Judy Hosto of St. Louis Missouri.

The graveside service will follow at 12:30 pm in the church cemetery with social distancing due to the Covid 19- Pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, Frank requested that donations be made to Gideons International or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
