He is survived by: his wife Mickey Paulk; and his children, Diane Carnley (Jerry), Bessie Paulk Hendry, Diane Vice (Jimmy) and Denny Paulk (Teresa). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
