He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Pizzeck; and his son John A. Pizzeck, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Marie Gay (Bret) and Karen Louise Devera (John); and his grandchildren, Scott, Jennifer, Justin, Jamie, Tina and Mallory. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
