With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Olly McVeay Sr. of Moss Point, Mississippi, who passed away on February 23, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter McVeay and Katie McVeay; his children, Kathy Marlene McMillan and Eric Dale McVeay; and his siblings, Dorothy "Dot" Rouse, Doris Clifford, Walter "Bob", Darryl, Burnett "Cheeka", Dale, Alton, Jim and Larry.

He is survived by : his wife Sheron McVeay of Moss Point, MS; his children, Melanie Renee McVeay, Wanda Faye McVeay, Belinda Joy Clayton, Barry Scott McVeay, Olly Wayne McVeay (Angela), Alton Chance McVeay and Jeremiah Brett McVeay; his stepchildren, Lori Suzanne O'Brien and Robyn Elizabeth Brown (Bryan); and his sister Kay Wheat. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
