He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Laws; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Celeste Laws; his children, Madeline Reese Laws and Thomas Maxwell Laws; his mother Margaret Laws; his sibling Casey Laws; his wife Jason Kell; and also, Lisa Laws and Stephanie Kell.
