Noto Rodgers (Natchez, Mississippi), born in Yazoo City, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Mai Nichols and Walter Eudell Rodgers; her sister Nancy Carol Rodgers; her stepparents, Ruby Minyon Rodgers and Gifford Thiel; and her son-in-law Dean Alphonse Bossier.
She is survived by: her children, Claire Bossier, Michelle Manzo (Isadore), Martin Noto (Donna) and Suzanne Long; her grandchildren, Candace Rodriquez, Septime Bossier (Jennifer), Tara Fielding (Josh), Crystal Reyes (Alex), Anthony Noto (Dayeanne), Harrison Noto (Hannah) and Natalie Noto; her close friend Joe McRaney; her sister Sherry Rodgers Colwell (Tommy); and her cousins, Rodney Rountree and Cynthia Fuller. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Betty's honor to First Lutheran Church, 70 Sgt. Prentiss Drive, Natchez, MS 39120.
