With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Camille Harris of Natchez, Mississippi, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Wilmer H. Rogers of St. Francisville, LA and Susie Dale Rogers of Vidalia; her husband William J. Harris; her former husband Francis Martin Jr.; her son Steve Martin; and her siblings, Wilmer Rogers (Sonny) of Lake Charles, LA, Sue Dale Newton of Ferriday, LA and Alma Rogers Parsons.
She is survived by: her grandfather Judge John Dale of Vidalia; her grandchildren, Randall Martin (Katie), Andrew Martin, Emily Foley Hall (Matthew), William Foley, Courtland Foley (Laura), Benjamin Eidt, Phillip Eidt (Nikki), Molly Martin, Emily Martin, Taylor Henwood, Steven Gayle (Monica) and Conrad Gayle (Amy); her sister Ruth Rogers Detchon of Amsterdam, OH; and her friends, Dianne Hammett of Clayton, LA and Irvin Malone of Natchez. She is also survived by six children and two stepchildren.
