He is survived by: his wife Cindy Etheridge; his daughters, Casey Etheridge Desselles (Scott) of Robert and Lindsey Etheridge Lazinsky (Nathan) of Oxford, Mississippi; his sister Gloria Allen of Cleveland, Tennessee; his grandsons, Lucas and Finnegan Desselles; and his friends, Cliff Hataway, Leon Bullen, Ellis Felter and Greg Easterling.
