She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Jean Davis; and her siblings, Bobbie Jean Palmer, Claudine Flournoy and Bobbie Joe Aytch. She is survived by: her father Ellis Flournoy; her husband Charles Edward Owens; her sons, Rondall Lynn Toliver, Guy Allen Owens and Blake Flournoy Owens; and her siblings, Mack A. Hearns, Clark Flournoy, Terrance Flournoy, Ellis Ray Flournoy, Jr., Jimmy Lee Flournoy, Brenda Flournoy, Angela Flournoy, Mary Flournoy, Margaret Flournoy and Cathy Flournoy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many spiritual sons, daughters and friends.
