He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cecil Caraway and Etta Mae Blackwell Caraway; and his wife Amy Kay Caraway. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Kay Palmer (Jerry) of Pearl, MS, Suzanne Barnett (Dale) of McCall Creek, MS and Tina Mae Floyd (John) of Brookhaven, MS; and his brothers, Jerry Caraway and Charles Caraway. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
