It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margie Saucier Smith (Natchez, Mississippi), who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry L. Smith; her parents, Harvey Saucier and Laura Saucier; her son Douglas Alan Dooley, Sr.; and her siblings, T. W. Saucier (Ottie) and Mary Agnes Drane.
She is survived by: her daughter Laureida Smith Dooley; her grandson Douglas Alan Dooley, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn White (Robert) and Larry Smith (Maureen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
