He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy T. Manoley of Virginia and Nellie Buckley Manoley of England; his brother Roy E. Manoley, Sr. (Mary Frances Manoley); and his daughter Cynthia Rae Manoley Bennett. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Manoley (Marilyn) of Natchez and Ramon Blair Manoley (Lynne) of Church Hill; his grandchildren, Rhonda Floyd (Joseph), Raymond Bennett, Selena Berry (Derrick) and Leah Manoley; and his sibling's child Church Hill. He is also survived by ten great- grandchildren.
