She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest H. Necaise and Evelyn Ladner Necaise; her husband Hilden Lathan Cuevas; and her siblings, Gloria Ladner, Bobby Ray Necaise and Eugene Necaise.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Ladner (Troy) and John Carlos Cuevas (Terri); her grandchildren, Kendall Ladner (Jessica), Brandon Ladner (Marissa) and Alex Cuevas; and her great grandchildren, Cade Malley, Payton Ladner, Brennan Ladner, Laithen Ladner and Adalyn Ladner.
