He was predeceased by : his parents, William Andrew McAnally and Florence McAnally; and his great grandchild Richard Gann. He is survived by : his wife Flonnie McAnally of Houlka; his children, Cleveland McAnally (Shirley) of Houston, Thomas McAnally (Ginger) of Houlka, Tyreena McAnally (Wayne Metcalf) of Houston, Rita McAnally Lewis of Caledonia and Melinda McAnally of Houston; and his sister Bernice Smith of Houston. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and thirty-two great-grandchildren.
