He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Carlisle Gilcrease and Dorrice A. Winchester-Gilcrease; and his brother Donald Earl Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Gilcrease; his sister Diane Rodrigues (Bill); his stepchildren, James E. Twiggs (Suzette) and Jerry L. Twiggs (Laura); his grandchildren, Taylor Twiggs-Sutter (Brian), Sydney Twiggs (Jeff), Colton Twiggs (Anna) and Landon Twiggs (Kendal); and his great grandchildren, Oliver Lee Twiggs and Reese Madison Sutter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home - Ocean Springs (911 Porter Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564).
