She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Benezue; her parents, Eva Rose and Lawrence Sintes; her children, Ramon Benezue and Rebekah Guzman; and her siblings, Patricia Sintes and David Sintes.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Newton (Hai) of Ocean Springs, MS, Robney Accardo of Covington, LA and John Benezue (Stephanie) of New Braunfels, TX; and her siblings, Barbara Estingoy (Ralph), Lawrence Sintes (Jerrie), Eva Rose Paddon and Edna May Desdunes. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
She graduated from Charity School of Nursing and worked at the Biloxi VA Hospital for 38 years.
