She was predeceased by : her parents, Naomi Stover and Ferrol Frazier; and her sister Joy Phillips. She is survived by : her husband Kenneth Fortenberry; her daughter Julie Fortenberry; her grandchildren, Harper Mihalik, Nicholas Mihalik, Alora Mihalik and Zoey Mihalik; and her siblings, Clary Frazier, Allen Frazier, Ferrol Frazier Jr., Margaret Kay Kelley, Aleta Spivey and Tracy Phillips.
