He was predeceased by: his parents, Windom Garlotte and Janie Parker Garlotte. He is survived by: his wife Lona Fay Garlotte (Lamey); his brother Ray Garlotte (Beverly); his daughter Angela Garlotte Lemay; and his brothers-in-law, Reginal Lamey (Mary), Cleve "Chevie" Lamey and Gussie Lamey (Debbie). He is also survived by nephews, and great-nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lamey Cemetery.
