She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allen Herrington and Bernice Forte Herrington; her husband Tommy Dickerson; her grandson Shawn Dickerson; and her siblings, Imogene Martin and Douglas Herrington.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Dickerson (Sherry), David Dickerson (Kim), Doug Dickerson (Susan) and Don Dickerson (Lynn); her grandchildren, Meredith, Brad, Chris, Austin, Andy and Allison; and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Ava, Adam, Madelynn and Nash.
In lieu of flowers the family request that. Memorial Contributions in Mrs. Ruby's Memory be made to Goodman Oaks Church of Christ "General Fund" or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
