With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alma Taylor Lovelady (Oxford, Mississippi), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Ellis and Eliza Ethel Sheperd Howell; her former husband James; her husband Harold Lovelady; her siblings, Uree Adams, L. C. Dunn, Opal Howell, Mae Dickey, Faye Jenkins, J. D. Howell, Jessie Howell and Bud Howell; and her grandson Andy Sigler.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Sue Taylor of Water Valley, MS and Randy Taylor of Water Valley, MS; and her grandchildren, Andrea Pullen (Lee), Kandice Barcelona (Larry), Jennifer Thompson (John) and Matthew Taylor. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Waller Funeral Home & Cremation Services (419 MS-6, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
