She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ragland and Gertrude Alderson Ragland; her husband Windell Busby; and her grandson Ben McNeely. She is survived by: her daughters, Pam McNeely (Jim) of Oxford, Donna Oliphant (Lloyd) of Oxford and Kim Cauthen (Dusty) of Natchez, Mississippi; her sister Mary Frank Wilson of Oxford, Mississippi; her grandchildren, Kacey Edwards, Tanner Marquis, John Peyton Marquis, Sydney Cauthen and Connor Cauthen; and her great grandchildren, Alice McNeely, Hartley Edwards, Neely Edwards and Luke Edwards.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Hall at Waller Funeral Home (419 MS-6, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waller Funeral Home & Cremation Services (419 MS-6, Oxford, MS 38655).
