Houston; her children, Cecil Turner, Jr., Kandace Howard (Hampton), Krystal Vaughn (Robert) and Kennedy Wigginton; her grandchildren, Jalen, Kalie and Kaori Howard; and her siblings, Joseph Turner (Shelia), Curtis Turner, Cecil Turner, Kyser Turner, Billy Brown (Juanita), Harvey Brown, Diana Franklin, Ceola Anikweze (Xtopher), Elaine Willingham and Lorrie Ann Isom (Marshall).
