Smith (Terri); her step-grandchildren, Karla Schultz (Steven), Donald Brett Cook, Jr. (Jan) and Lesle Groves; and her great grandchildren, Brianna Jean Smith and Ian Smith. She is also survived by 5 Step-great-Grandchildren.
