We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Betty Evelyn May of Pascagoula, Mississippi, born in Jamestown, Louisiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. You may also light a candle in honor of Betty Evelyn May.
She was predeceased by : her husband John Wesley "Jack" May, Sr.; her parents, Lyman Wallace and Susie Wallace; and her siblings, L. B., Marvin, Therman, Huey and Mildred Bowen.
She is survived by : her children, John Wesley May, Jr. (Katherine), Michael May (Donna) and Diane Schwab (Harry Joe); and her grandchildren, Charlotte, Krystal, Sabrina, Angela, Mark, Jeremy, Wesley and Christopher. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 9th 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Arlington Baptist Church (2101 Market St, Pascagoula, MS 39567). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 9th 2021 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
