She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Herrin, Cheryl Seay, Phyllis Necaise, Donna Foster and Russell Raymond Necaise, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jarrod Boulboulle, Dylan Necaise, Olivia Necaise, Crystal Meadows and Austin Seay; and her great grandchildren, Victoria Seay, Ally Seay, Stella Meadows and Wylder Meadows.
