He was predeceased by: his wife Penelope Hillyer Law (Penny); and his former wife Linda Lee Ansardi. He is survived by: his children, Preston, Haywood (Sandy) and Victoria; his daughter-in-law Josephine; his grandchildren, Blake and Concetta; and his close friend Krista Walker.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you send contributions to Tulane University Athletics or buy season tickets.
