She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Fred Arnold and Clara Wardine Kernop; her grandson Clayton Nicholas Sheppeard; and her siblings, Sara Ann Hall, Barbara Jean Powell, Claudine Baker, Jurline Steed and Fred Allen Arnold.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Sharp; her sons, Jonathan Allen Sheppeard (Loria), Andrew Clayton Sheppeard (Kristen Conaway) and Christopher "Collin" Sharp (Lauren); her brother James Henry Arnold (Virginia); and her grandchildren, Grace Elaine Sheppeard, Claire Suzanne Sheppeard, Cara Addison Sheppeard, Mitchell Allen Sheppeard, Bree Conaway, Harley Conaway and Reyna Sharp.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Crossgates Baptist Church (8 Crosswoods Rd, Brandon, MS 39042). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Roundaway Baptist Church Cemetery (776 Steiner Rd, Doddsville, MS 38736).
