He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Harold W., Glenda Yates and James V. Herrington. He is survived by : his parents, Terry Yates and Vicky Yates; his brother Terry (T. J.); his daughter Kaylee Yates; his fiancée Amy Gann; his grandmothers, Mary Louise Pitts Lowe and Martha Ann Herrington; and his aunts, Teresa Davis (Buddy), Angelia Mitchell (Tom) and Jessica Mullins (T. J.). He is also survived by Four nephews and two nieces.
