He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Jean Kelly; his children, Nakisha Kelly, LaShanna Kelly of Orlando, LaTonda Lingard, Juan Antonio Kelly, Brian Kelly of Orlando and Christopher Sams; his sisters, Leslie Mae Stribling of Flint, Christine Stribling (James) of Orlando, Ardella Hoskins of Philadelphia, Willie Lee Kelly (Larry) of Philadelphia and Irene Walker (Henry) of Newton; his sister-in-law Maxine Kelly; and his niece Pashan Hoskins. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
