Whittington McDonald (Philadelphia, Mississippi), who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Doug Whittington and Mary Whittington; and her sister Edith Rees. She is survived by: her husband Scotty McDonald of Carthage, MS; her daughter Stacie Strickland (Chris) of Carthage, MS; her grandchildren, Celsea Ivy (Taylor), Chloe Strickland, Christopher Strickland Jr. (Kristin), Logan Massey, Dylan Massey and Peyton Strickland; her great grandchild Porter Ray Ivy; and her siblings, Jayne Mayo (Jerry), Pat Shelton, Doug Whittington Jr. and Steve Whittington (Brenda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
