She is survived by: her husband Sam Williamson of Philadelphia, MS; her children, Doug Adams and Missy Holmes (Tim); her grandchildren, Ben Adams (Cynthia), Calah Adams, Josh Holmes and Ashton Holmes; and her great grandchild Milo Adams.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
