He was predeceased by: his wife Edwina Watkins Webb; his parents, Andrew V. Webb and Anna Webb; and his siblings, Ruby Walton, Bernice Whittington, Mary Hamilton, Lorene Johnson, Elois Tullos, Andrew of Charles Webb, XE and Don Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Gail Bouler (Buddy) and Rex Webb; and his grandchildren, Mandy Fisher (Matt), Kristin Kirkland (Stephen), Rachel Harbarger (Claude), Miriam Medlin (Michael) and Thomas Webb. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of choice to help provide food, clothing, or shelter to the many in need during these times.
