She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Ledet and Lois Ledet. She is survived by: her husband Bob Thurmond of Petal; and her children, Harry J. Cormany of Houma, LA, Robert L. Thurmond (Anna) of Petal, Ron Thurmond (Lisa) of Raleigh, N. C. and Bobbie Thurmond Platt of Morgantown, N. C.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
