She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Kelley and Beulah Lowe Kelley; her son David Anthony Russell; and her brother Billy Ray Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Van Howell Russell of Pittsboro, MS; her son Larry Russell of Pittsboro, MS; and her siblings, Peggy Blumberg of Olive Branch, MS and James Kelley of Memphis, TN.. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (476 MS-9, Bruce, MS 38915). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
